Sample Availability & Policy
For new customers we have to charge the costs of any samples; however as soon as we receive your first order, the charge of the sample will be deducted from your invoice.
We offer free samples of products to our frequent customers with shipping and taxes paid by the customer. To help us process your sample order, please include detailed information about your business, the reasons for your request and your preferred method of shipment. Depending on the style we are able to finish it in a time frame of 7 – 14 days. Once the sample has approved, it can not be cancelled. The size is made according to the approved sample with allowable differences in the size. If you find the size of the product do not fit, please do not hesitate to contact us. For the colour dyeing, keep in mind there can be a colour difference with your colour specification due to colour reflection.

Guarantees/Warranties/Terms and Conditions/Return Policy
We guarantee our products to be free from manufacturer defects. Liability under this warranty is limited to the replacing of any product found to be defective under normal use. We are able to finish Export/Import Processing Support.
We are committed to delivering quality service, especially with regards to questions about exporting products to your location. CO, Form A and transportation arrangement are offered. As soon as the sample is approved / confirmed, mass production can take place in a time frame of 30 – 50 days plus 14 days for preparing CIQ (China entry & Exit Inspection and Quarantine). In case the value of one single shipment reaches USD $5000.00, our company will cover the costs from our location to your warehouse in China. If the value under USD $5000.00, the costs of transport, export clearance, CIQ (China entry & Exit Inspection and Quarantine) and certificate fee goes towards the Customer. Once the entire order has been approved, it can not be cancelled.
We work hard for the satisfaction of our Customers. If you find a discrepancy with your order, please email us at james@boyangfashion.com for a refund. Please be advised that if any refund / exchanges are agreed upon after a thorough investigation, you are responsible for return shipping and any thereafter in original condition. Please note that custom orders are final sale and may not be exchanged.

Order Quantity/Packing/Lab Test/ Payment
If order production takes place, there is always a minimum order depending on colour and specification. We recommend 50 dozen per colour and per style. If we purchase stock the restriction is unlimited.
We inform you of the following normal packing procedures:
>Inner: OPP bag & card, 12 pieces in one master OPP bag. We are able to customize it per your requirement. The Customer has to give all packing information within 7 days after the order took place. In case of a special packing, please inform us well in advance.
>Outer: Standard export carton with your shipping marks and numbers.
If you need a lab test, inform us well in advance, also let us know for what parts and requirements. In the quotation the lab test cost is excluded.
Terms of payments:
T/T in advance 30%, deposit paid while confirming the order, 70% paid before shipment or against bill of landing, West Union, Money Gram, PayPal.

For care of fashion jewellery we recommend the following:
>Take off the jewellery before use of sea water, shower gel, hot spring act.
>If the accessories gets darker clean it with special silver clean cloth or toothpaste will do the same shine job.
>Clean regularly.
>Do not wear the jewellery during housework or any sport activity.
>To avoid corrosion do not wear it on hot summer days because of sweat, and make sure you wear it after you finished your make up (cosmetic essence).
